The House of Refuge Church, Inc. is a small but faithfull church of our Lord Jesus Christ that was founded by Pastor Edward L. Coley, Jr. Pastor Coley was brought up in the baptist church but in 1991, God led him to the truth that he needed to baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And, when he was baptized, 3 days later he was filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. God told him to preach the gospel Apostolic faith, shortly after he received the gift of the Holy Ghost. God told him this by a prophetic utterances in tongues after several days of fasting. Through many tests and trials Pastor Coley was led to found the House of Refuge Church, Inc.
